Return a Second Chance product
If you're not happy - just sent it back! You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with which you can withdraw from the purchase of a product without giving a reason. You can find more information about this in refund policy
Imperfections & old designs

Discounts
Our second-chance products have different discounts. We usually don’t make much – or anything – from these deals. Our main goal is to give these products a new chance, so we keep the prices fair. We include the cost of the raw materials, shipping, packaging, and part of the production costs. Depending on the imperfections a product has, we give a discount. For old designs that we no longer sell, we offer a fixed discount to clear out our stock & hopefully find a new home for them.
Important: Second chance discounts are not compatible with other discounts or coupons.
